REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

 

Our Valued Customers,

Please choose carefully & keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

We are not required under the Australian Consumer Law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

 

REFUNDS

We will only provide a refund if a product has a major problem, i.e. The product is faulty, & proof of purchase is provided with the returning product, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

In some cases, we may be required by our suppliers to return the product/s for repair or replacement.

 

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDITS

Our Team may provide an Exchange or a Store Credit only when a product is returned in it’s original condition & proof of purchase is provided with the returning product, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Original Condition: Has complete original packaging, is clean, unused/unworn & still has original tags attached.

 

 

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

As a small, family-owned business, our dedication to finding the right product for our customers often comes in conflict with budget and space constraints on inventory we can carry in the shop.  As a result, we have developed a special order policy designed to give customers a risk-free way of trying something new.  Please read through our policy below before placing any orders:

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Customers can order items from our existing manufacturers for a 25% deposit per item, transferable to store credit should the customer no longer want the order or if the item(s) does not fit as expected. Please note, if you choose to send the item back to the supplier to exchange for the right product, this may incur shipping and restocking fees.
